Thanks for the great service recently received, driving on the way to Dover my engine warning light came on the dash of my GLE, i called in on the off chance explaining my predicament, the receptionist very kindly got me a coffee and said they'd take a look. Within an hour they had sorted the problem and i was able to catch my ferry bang on time, cant say how brilliant the service was, thank you
Just to say thank you for a amazing customer service provided at Canterbury Branch by James Dean.Despite of the distance (200 miles) we decided to purchase a car from the branch as had a bad experience at our local branches.James made the whole process of buying a car very simple and quick. A great asset to a company and deserve a pay rise!

Good service generally with no nonsense! Serviced my car promptly, while I took a walk, and called me when it was ready to collect.The only drawbacks were, I had no offer of being dropped off anywhere or refreshments, as with other branches or dealerships I've visited.Bit of a shame, as was a cold day and very good service otherwise.
Booked car in for a free winter health check. Very comprehensive checks and detailed report followed. Car was valeted too. The showroom is impressive and all staff are welcoming and helpful. The report showed no issues which was also pleasing.
