They may be nice to get you a deal but dare come back for some help. Craig is the gentleman who for some reason was in a bad mood and very difficult to deal with and his boss appears to back up rude staff without asking about the details of a customers concerns. I rang to ask if I could come down after purchasing the vehicle less than 2 months ago because I was pulled by the police for a constantly burning brake light. I was enquirying if there would be a way to look at it. Craig was very defensive suggesting I have had the car a long time. I found this to be ridiculous... How does one drive a brake light faulty????? I ended up going to Halfords who found the light bulb had been fitted back to front!!!!! That's not very reassuring is it??? I got pulled by the Police for their error and they could have messed up the cars electrics through negligence an Craig's assumption!I did not even get to the part that they let me drive out of the garage with two different number plates that I ended up sorting at my expense. I seriously doubt I'd recommend this garage after this rather distasteful experience and the reason being. I called the garage back after the told me if I wanted to see if it was possible to help me then I'd need to speak with their workshop. I called back to let them know I would not be using their service and about the bulb. I did not even get an apology. Instead he said, thanks not even, thank you!!!!! Beyond diabolical
Purchased a 3 year old car from Canterbury Motoring World in Canterbury.Just less than 6 months after purchasing it it developed a fault.I rang Big Motoring World who weren't interested in the slightest as my 3 month 'warranty' had run out.I havent even driven the car for 2000 miles and the car has ended up in the garage. So far the garage bill has cost me 800. Do big motoring world care? NOThey've taken my money so now don't give a damn! Would I buy another car from here? NO!!Would I recommend them? NO!!

Really excellent after sales service. Had an issue with the car i bought and the workshop made it a priority to resolve the issue. The staff in the workshop were incredibly pleasant and friendly. Very impressed.
