Used on two occasions. First time for a safety check: Big mess in their paperwork. My car was apparently unsafe to drive, with plenty of red coloured blocks in the report. Thankfully, I only brought the car in that morning, I have been given someone else's estimate from few days before. Second experience was just as bad: Wanted a quote for power steering repair. I have been told that the power steering was fine, it was something else. Saved myself close to a thousand pounds by going to another local garage and getting, as predicted, power steering leak fixed for under 60. Simply avoid this place.

Fantastic from start to finish... Emma Warriner in the Service Department was brilliant! From a Customer View Point, I can honestly say I am completely satisfied with the service that I have received today.

Tricia was and has been an absolute diamond dealing with us with the purchase of our new Kuga A truly wonderful lady

This is the second car we've had from Canterbury Ford. Our first experience was great, the second and subsequent service has been really poor. The day came to pick up the car, it was a totally different speck. They did eventually find what we almost wanted and took it. I brought the car back twice over about 6weeks due to faults. Last year, I had something from them through the post, I phoned and was told someone will call me back. 5 times this happened with the last time I spoke with a manager and told they where understaffed and someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. And yesterday, we put the car in for service. Asked when I'd like it back, 1.00pm which was on my booking sheet. 2.50pm my partner turned up but didn't actually take the car till 3.45. She tried to call, no answer and no one from ford called to say there was a delay. While some love this dealership, our experience has turned sour. I doubt we'll buy from here again

It's a garage that sells cars, the staff were attentive which is what they are paid to be,in fairness I have used Invicta Canterbury for many years and have had very few problems but I think garages need to understand that customers have feet and can go elsewhere. My car is serviced & MOTed every year at invicta the only thing that has annoyed me is they have charged me for screen wash which I know I filled up the previous evening and this is not the first time this has happened, will keep a closer eye on in future.
