Just brought a BMW X 5.I Would like to thank the whole team for a 5 star service from the response from my email from Ian, I explained I was coming from Southampton and when I arrived I was greeted by Ian who was very polite and very knowledgeable about the SUV,we went on a test drive what gave me enough time to get a great feel for the SUV and when we got back I explained about the faults i.e. The front light and other minor faults scratches and a mat, Ian promised all would be done. I arrived two days later I was welcomed again by the team the light was replaced with a new one, the mat was changed, the SUV was mopped and valeted to a high standard.The lady who done the paperwork was very professional and very helpful (sorry I forgot your name ) the SUV was ready for me but as a final touch I was given fuel for my trip many thanks again.If you want a professional no hard sale and a polite team from the bottom to the top buy a car here.
