Friendly staff, work completed in time and a free shuttle into Canterbury in the week. Tea, coffee, toilet and nearby shops too. Wheelchair accessible and parking available.Bus stops are close and handy when there is no shuttle. The buses take card too!
We are currently on holiday in Canterbury and will be traveling back to Germany in a couple of days. Although the service department was fully booked/painting, the sweetest lady ever offered to help us ensure we made it back home. I do not know her name, but she was at the service desk and had her fingernails painted in sports colors. She went above and beyond her job to help us get the Adblue in our car. She was simply amazing, kind and definitely will inspire me to ensure my family in the UK chooses Citroen Canterbury, if they are ever in need of a car. She really made us feel so welcome and wanted to be sure we had safe travels as we continued our trip. Thank you for having such good people at your business.
