Terrible after sales service, rude, uncaring service agents & sales people. If your car has a problem it takes 4 weeks to get booked in for them to inspect it just to be told it needs booking back in for the work to be done which is another 4 week wait!. My RR has broken down and been recovered more times than I can remember. On the last occasion I got a very blunt email from there Customer Liaison person Susan who told me Whilst we wouldn't want to lose any customer of any level of business in these troubled times, it might just be to your benefit to try alternative services. after saying they acknowledge my experiences to date with what is recognised as a troublesome vehicle so admitting they have offered bad service and recognising they sold me a duff car they suggest I find a different Range Rover garage to fix the issue, really nice. Honestly dont put yourself through the stress and pain this garage will cause you, there are far better dealers that want your business.

Just bought a car for cash and the after service was very very bad, the car was in a accident and don't tell me, Also the car was not valeted and come dirty, scratched window and more. this was the second car I purchased from them and will never by again from them. Please all new customers don't buy a car from Barretts in Canterbury.
The third Land Rover dealer we visited and got a test drive from. The only one we actually learnt anything about the car from and so where we bought from. The atmosphere was calm and measured and we weren't pressurised at all. Highly recommended...
