This was my first experience using Sandersons after a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad we took the advice as the service has been fantastic from beginning to end. We were always kept informed of any issues and viewings and offered advice. I have to say the online selling schedule was much more professional also compared to another competitor we used before Sandersons. All in all a great service and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I know Ill be using them again, if and when required.

Pure incompetence. Yes, I am a student but that doesnt allow you to ignore my complaints and never call me back. The lack of communication between their collegues lead to my flatmate sleeping in my bed for 2 weeks. Either none of them knew the details of our property or landlord, or they simply didnt want to deal with our complaints. I spent so much time and money on the phone and going down their trying to sort out the issues with our property despite paying them a 240 admin fee. Would never use them again.
