Without going into too many details (simply because there's not much to say other than daylight robbery) extra charges all across the board, and a service that is flawed throughout. Rude, obnoxious and quite simply sub standard and unprofessional.
Holly and Laura we're fantastic throughout the whole process. We sold a 3 bed semi to upscale to a 4 bed detatched. There was a long complicated chain but Laura and Holly did a great job chasing all the parties to make sure everything was in place for us to finally exchange and complete.
