Does the job if you just need a nice place to get your head down. We stayed here after a friend's wedding. Very affordable, pleasant staff, would stay here again.
Good for city centre. Parking has to be paid for and is often full as it is also open to the public. This is an old building but our stays here are always pleasant. There is no lift.
Very pleasantly surprised. Having had some mediocre experiences with Travelodge before I didn't expect too much. How wrong was I... Very reasonable price for a hotel in Canterbury centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds very good. Breakfast was good and they have a reasonable priced bar. Checkout was at 12 which was fortunate for us.
We three families booked the hotel for Christmas holiday. It was nice a hotel, Its close to town centre. Rooms are nice. Its an old building it might not have double glazing so its drifting. We went to Boxing Day shopping and it was easy to get the Canterbury shopping centre. We enjoyed a lot. Car parking was expensive. You should ask the receptionist how to select resident parking. We paid 7.50 which should be 5 if we asked the receptionist earlier
Wow, best night sleep ever. Great location, 3 minute walk to the city centre. We only live 14 miles away but for under 40 why not? No worries about having to drive home after a lovely meal and wine. Staff were great as well. Thanks will be coming again.
