Nice place with high quality decor etc. Expect to pay high prices such as 6 for a pint of beer. Young man behind the bar was a little too familiar calling me mate which you wouldn't expect from an establishment aiming to be high class.

Very good location just 100m away fr west gate n 5min walk fr canterbury west train station. We got a traditional room-a very small room with a fake window so there is no view of the exterior at all. This should have been stated clearly on the booking website. The rate was not cheap. I wouldn't have booked it. There was water dripping noise fr the ceiling after shower or flushing which went on for a while so it was a little disturbing. Breakfast is not the best as spread is limited compared to another place we stayed not too far away.

Im sorry but this place is disgusting.....The toilet was left with dirty toilet tissue floating in it prior to check in, there were no parking spaces left for guests and we had to argue at the speaker so we could drop off luggage. The hotel has no food or room service in the evening even in the expensive looking cocktail bar.....this is not by any means luxury accommodation and as a result I would recommend The Premier Inn.

Fantastic hotel. Super friendly efficient staff. Stayed in room no 4 , beautiful interior and lovely iron bath in the room. Super breakfast but would have liked vegetarian sausages . A menu would be nice on the tables. Would definitely recommend and stay.Had the best afternoon tea on a different visit.

Very good for being right in the centre of the city but our traditional room was short of electric sockets for chargers. The large window in our room is single glazed and was a bit chilly. This room was in the old part of the hotel so I can't answer for other rooms. Good value for a sightseeing trip to Canterbury.
