What a lovely place, the staff here are friendly, warm and helpful. The house itself has so much character, the Dining room is interesting and quirky without being tacky. The accommodation is clean, tidy and warm. The Room itself is what you expect from a guest house. There are a few 1* reviews of this place and I feel that is unfair. I had a lovely time chatting to the other guests, who in turn made my stay here all the more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Kipps and hopefully stay again.
Very nice and cosy hostel; also, super clean place! Might not be ideally located (15min walk to city centre) but staff make you feel at home!
Very friendly staff, lovely finishing touches (like folded toilet paper, sweets on pillows) self catering kitchen and vending machine as well as continental breakfast in the morning. Comfortable and accommodating and a great place to get acquainted with others staying who always seem to be very friendly as well.
Nice single room. Friendly staff. All clean. Very cheap with a lot of stuff in your room. Drinks to buy at the reception. Lovely garden.
Wow it is just perfect, honestly I was skeptical , as an Italian young lady I am hygienically obsessed but I found much better than my expectations. Clean well organized and good stuff.
