Arriving at Sturry, myself & a colleague were horrified to see that the ticket machine wasn't accepting debit cards. Having just completed a 12 hour shift & needing to get home to London we had no idea where we'd find a cash machine.However the ticket office attendant Megan proved to be a life saver! Not only did she issue our tickets, but was also able to advise the quickest route & know the train times off her head, including the connection at Ashford.Well done Megan & thanks!
