Shame I couldn't give no stars!!!!Worst customer service ever, all I wanted was a bike, but it seemed to much effort for staff member who totally ignored me, even tho I was the only customer in there. I reluctantly approached him and asked if they had a bike in stock, 'yes we've got that, I'll just double check' not in Stock!!! I asked if he had something similar and was told he would have to check every bike code on the system, bored of his can't be arsed attitude I told him to leave it. This guy needs some customer service training pronto, and needs to improve his people skills. Unsure how someone who cannot even be bothered to talk to a customer managed to even get the job!!!
Atrocious service, Im not sure where to start on my experience: I had to return to store for them to sort out their shoddy work on my bicycle. Also the attendant lied about an offer that applied to all bike accessories, as he didnt know how to run the discount through the till; had to be corrected by another colleague. Additionally they fitted a different, heavier accessory to the one I brought to the till without informing me when I returned to pick my bike up. Never again.
Absolutely poor customer service walked into the store and walked to the parts help desk, waited a couple of mins and a man walked towards me saw I was waiting and picked something up and decided to walk away with no acknowledgement at all. Then I walked to the pay desk at the front and was confronted by a girl who looked like she hated her job as her attitude was disgusting, no thank you no personality no smile. Customer service is most important even a smile thank you which is free and so easy. I would never ever come back to Halfords Canterbury again I won't ever recommend your store to friends or family. Totally disgusting customer service. Let's see if anyone from Halfords even comments on this? Probably not... In fact don't bother
