I have used Biketart a number of times now. For the following reasons. 1. They always have a great range, often having things I can't find in stock elsewhere.2. Prices are always lower than I can find elsewhere.3. Postage has always been fantastic, items sent out same day and arriving the next day.It has now come to the point I would rather spend my money here than any other online retailer, even if it costs a little bit more on some items I would rather support Biketart who always seem to deliver on promises and over deliver on expectations. Well done guys.
Phoned the shop in the morning (Xmas week) and asked if I could bring my bike in that afternoon for a brake service, they fitted me in. Very friendly team, did a bleed on both brakes and even adjusted my dropper seat as a bonus. Top service! Thanks

Very happy. I got a great price on my bike and Biketart were very helpful when I phoned them. The bike was promptly shipped and I was given a one hour delivery window. When it arrived I needed to do the obvious assembly for a bike shipped in a box (handlebars, seat, front wheel and pedals), but apart from the assembly and a slight rub on the front disc (soon easily fixed) the bike was setup and good to go.
