Bought a pair of slippers and they had a tear on the side of the tongue i phoned up and they told me to come down and they would happily exchange them, when i got there they were very pleasant and changed over my slippers for a brand new pair that were 4 more expansive and took that off, excellent customer service, very happy and satisfied.
