I'm going anonymous for this because they will interrogate me and force me to take it down. I think this is just one example of the corruption and dictatorship of this disaster of a school. The uniform is more important than moral rights, I'm not talking about reasonable rules such as having to wear your blazer or no coloured hair but girls wanting to wear black socks with tights.Boys who who been wearing the same shoes since year 7 are suddenly expected to spend 100 on new shoes over night. Even when trying to make efforts to fix minor issues is still not good enough.Support sessions are put on the systems as negative things, lowering our self esteems thinking that we're not good enough. Seeing so many 6th formers put into detention like they would to a 12 year old is just embarrassing, the difference being one is 18, an adult and on a child.There's only a handful of good teachers, these including Mr. Urquhart and Mr. Turner, who unfortunately don't teach me. SLT are applying immense amounts of pressure on to teachers, that gets passed on to students producing an awful working environment for everyone.The only reason why the grades are good is because they don't care for our mental health, most people have to wait months for a councilor. Some teachers have no respect for the students and their situations. Even after studying for hours every night and we are still told that it is not enough
They force the kids to do experiments like submethins them in the blood of the classmates they've just been forced to have a hand to hand death battle with. Completely disgusted by this school, they don't even play vocaloid music on every speaker in the school.
This school was better attributed to a year in the life of a soviet system aka. No working heating and detention for the slightest provocation against the state. The homework is gruelling and unrelenting and all votes are fixed against the students. I was disenchanted up until the point when the school changed its name to Big chungus gramma squeeze. 5/10 run by millennials
Well. It is a very good school and most the teachers are nice but they dont do anything mental health related. They dont care if you have no friends. All they care about is trying to get all the kids at grade 9.
The school has come a long way from 4 years ago, for the best. The staff are much better and the school in general is focusing more on a childs welfare than grades. But the canteen uses a system just to squeeze money out of kids, by using FOBs to buy food, being kids most lose them all the time. A replacement costs 3, I have missed my train this morning looking for my FOB. Go back to finger print - no one ever lost that.
