Total rip off, I picked up my prescription today paid my 8 something, only to get home to find out they sell it over the counter for half the price and at no point did they say that, I feel I have been mugged.My family will never use this place again the staff in boots are much more customer focused, boots also deliver so a much better service.
Such a change to have friendly, efficient staff who know their products and services. Having had prescriptions go missing, been text to say Ive got meds waiting only to find it was someone elses with the same surname and many more problems, its so refreshing to be able to turn up, knowing my meds will be as Ive asked, when Ive asked. Thank you
Always pleasant and helpful staff, much nicer place since its referb inside. Ive never had a bad experience. I would question some of the negative reviews on here as some people (particularly in Bridge!) are just sooo hard to please.
Staff are absolutely rude. Was trying since last week to get my prescription and they said it hadnt been sent. After calling my doctors in London 7 times because this pharmacy said they never received it they said it was definitely sent. Went today and still got the same answer it turns out they are so lazy they couldnt even put paper in the fax machine and had about 20 prescriptions come out. They were more bothered about putting their Christmas tree up then when giver my prescription they were so rude. Think they need to make a big improvement on their service, attitude and customer service skills. If I could give 0 stars I would lazy rude staff
The shop now looks much nicer and tidier and the staff is very professional and helpful. Juhi and Nikki are very nice and they know what they're doing.
