VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I book an appointment Thursday for this coming Monday for 10:30 I have driven from Dover which has cost me petrol and pay over 5 in parking to walk 10 minuets in the rain to get wet, to then find the salon is closed why book me in if your not going to turn up!!! Is it because I am white ??

Unprofessional, impolite. I had to try to finish my own hair while the woman was doing my hair went to do for another customers who was waiting for hours and She was 30mins booked after my appointment, Didnt even apologise. The job was rushed didnt do good job. My excitement turned to disappointment I thought that I will be going all the time.
