Extremely poor customer experience : I was a regular client for several years, and had been very happy with this salon, the staff and services offered. However this changed the moment I had cause to complain. I was met with hostility and rudeness, and outright denied the opportunity to resolve the situation with the Salon owner. I was even sent a threatening letter accusing me of causing criminal damage as I shut the door firmly while leaving in disgust! Absolutely can no longer recommend this Salon!
Came in on the off chance they'd have a spot to redo my gells. The ladies are lovely there. Asked me what I'd like and gave suggestions which helped me pick. Very quick, I'd go again.
