Staff are exceedingly helpful, I've brought guitars there for maintenance several times expecting to pay for a tech only to have the guys working there fix them up for no cost. In turn, I only buy strings and other accessories from here.

I have a 70's Shaftsbury guitar which needed alot of TLC I spoke to Adam who was very knowledgable regarding what was needed to do. WOW what a difference my Guitar sounds and feels great.
