My taxi driver arrived 8 minutes late - even though I had booked THE DAY BEFORE. When it came to payment, he complained that I gave him one 10p coin. Absolutely terrible service - I wont be using this company ever again.
used to be wilkinsons taxis which used to be a really good friendly service .since one time took over they have really gone down hill drivers that have no clue where they are going rude phone operators dirty cars will never ever use again
Good taxi service They pick you up on time, and drop you off too. What more do you need/ want from a taxi.. they'll get you from A to B.hmm
Thank you very much for an excellent service. We made two bookings. The first booking, our train journey got delayed by three hours and half. Despite that, our driver, who was waiting for us, was very helpful. There was no problem in communicating with him. A car was arranged for us on our arrival and we reached safely our destination. The second booking was for the following morning. Our driver, who was also very professional and courteous, took a different route to avoid the morning traffic and brought us on time for our appointment. Very pleased with this service, couldn't be any happier. wilkinson and ontime car same company i love you guys
Wonderful taxi ride. Driver was punctual and car was clean. This is the best cab service in the whole of Canterbury. I have never been let down by them. I got a cab with them yesterday from Canterbury to London City Airport. The car was on time, driver was polite and friendly, very well dressed. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
