It's ok for a special shop, birthday or special meal but I can't say they're any better than cheaper supermarkets who seem to compete well, especially with their extra special ranges. That said they do lead the way with new and innovative foodie ideas. The cafe is a welcome addition but prices are way too high, 4.50 for a cheese and ham toastie? Really? I'd rather eat at Fenwicks caf for similar price and better food and surroundings.
Very slow service, although was busy ISH! Ran out of soup. Very clean and nice place for a coffee and light lunch
Very handy do not have to go into City for M & S food.
A good range of food and not too busy either. Can also park for free outside.
Only food store with cafe. Good selection. Click and collect is available there.
