Great to see the Arch Bishop on the top of a double decker bus jigging up and down to We Three Kings on Christmas Eve.
A lovely shopping centre in the heart of Canterbury. Plenty of different shops available for most shoppers needs. Car park available, but not the cheapest due to the location. If you fancy a nice day out then it worth the trip.
This place was very busy in the pre-Christmas run-up and it managed great numbers of people with no difficulty. The diversity of shops was impressive. The nearby public toilets continue the unfortunate UK practice of charging for use, which is disappointing but certainly not restricted to this place. Other than this downer, this was a great area with excellent shopping.
Parking is accessible, if a touch expensive. Brings you out into the pedestrian area of redeveloped Canterbury. There are plenty of big name shops and at present a Christmas market. This is quite spread out and nice to visit. A short walk is the older , quaint shops with non franchise coffee shops and other speciality shops.
It's a reasonable shopping centre. Clean and tidy with a good selection of generic shops. The Xmas sheds with various festive products were nice. However I didn't find anything really special to pull me back. We are going back but to visit the Cathedral and we saw a couple cosy restaurants on the outer edge of town we'll visit.
