I have been taking my gymnast daughter to Andy and his team for years. The service and support she has been given has always been excellent, particularly recently with her recovery from a serious injury. I wouldnt take her anywhere else.

Andy prepared me by offering extra exercises for my total hip replacement for which I was extremely reluctant. His post operative physio and reassurance was invaluable and aided my recovery so that 8 weeks on I am now cycling, swimming, kayaking, walking my dogs for at least 2 miles twice a day and I feel really in my vitality and confidence. Andy and his team are excellent cannot recommend highly enough
Fantastic people. Andy who runs the company is not only a lovely person, but helped me with my injury, and went above and beyond what I would expect in order to help. Even a year after finishing my therapy he was willing to quickly assist with a recommendation letter to my work to help facilitate further recovery.Saw a number of other staff too, and all of them were brilliant. It would be a mistake to go anywhere but here if you need the help they can provide.
