Would have give them 5 stars because normally its very easy and quick to use this company. They lost 1 star because they let down on a lot of people the week before Xmas. Many shoppers had to wait for 45 min before the next bus arrived. That was actually sitting further up the rank wasting time whilst we all froze
A very convenient place to park your vehicle for a more than reasonable fee which includes a bus ride to town and back. One of three sites at this town.
Busses are always on time and there are always plenty of spaces in the car park. You can pay by card or cash or basically any way you want, and you can even pay at the barrier. The drivers of the buses are really nice too. Its a very quick journey into the city centre from here so its 100% worth doing instead of paying the extortionate prices for car parks in the city centre.
Great motorhome facilities, park and ride with frequent bus arrivals to town. Finally a local council with some idea of improving local trade and making visitors welcome!
We use this for an overnight motorhome stay and although the price has increased it is still good value. The new payment machine was hard work, difficult to enter vehicle registration details and rejected many pound coins, but we did get an exit ticket eventually! There is a pub nearby for a meal if you are stopping over and its convenient for an onward journey to Dover.
