Lovely little gardens.

A nice space but not a place to take young children, too much drug abuse

A true gem - a quiet and peaceful garden in the very centre of Canterbury

Lovely tranquil gardens next to the river and attached to the Franciscan friary which is well worth a visit. Open air Shakespeare in August too!

It's off the beaten track, down Stour street and is only open at certain hours. The river runs through it and you can catch glimpse of punts going past. It is a quiet and tranquil place with some very old walls and a little chapel. The flowers are gorgeous and part of it has a wild area that attracts butterflies and insects. Occasionally it hosts a festival, such as the 'Words' festival.
