Staff are very friendly and helpful, good value prices aswell as a good location. Pity the popcorn isn't cheaper but can't really blame the individual cinema for that :)

I was a regular at Canterbury's Odeon for five years throughout my degree, with two years of that as a Limitless member, until I recently moved away. The staff were always very nice, most of them remembered me and new staff always made an effort to strike up conversation. The facilities were very well kept and the audio visual equipment is great. Screen 1 can sometimes have sound issues if you see a film late at night due to the nightclub next door, but it's rarely particularly intrusive and it only really affects late showings on student nights out.
Great cinema location but needs a renovation - particularly with regards to the sound within the theatre. Only other issue is when Costa closes - you cant get coffee!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Tickets are not too expensive, I had a discount. Popcorn could be better.
