Staff very helpful
I went in today on the off chance they might be able to help with my Pandora ring, l caught it in the door handle and bent it considerably, luckily it stood up to a major bending and I managed to get it off my finger before it swelled up like a fat sausage! I took it into the store to see if it could be repaired but the manager went a step further and replaced it for me, Thank you so much, l wasn't expecting it to be replaced you made my day!
