Really poor service. After several calls and emails we managed to arrange a convenient time for thermostat installation. I waited in all morning on the appointed day. It became clear after a while that they weren't coming, so I called. They tried all kinds of excuses about job overruns, double bookings, etc and tried to claim it was a third party booking and they were never free, even though it was direct. Having been waiting for weeks longer than the original time, they now claim they can't do it until next year. I shall be looking elsewhere.
