I have been using Canterbury Car Wash Broadoak for 10 years now. I cannot express how happy i am with the service. They clean my fleet of cars every week and i cannot fault the work carried out. The staff are very friendly.
Since the closing of the fs car wash in Wincheap I have been looking for a car wash that can replace them, as a driving instructor in the area my car is a representation of my business and as such I expect a good job to be done and am happy to pay the extra to have it done, I have been to this site 4 times now and each time more disappointed than the last First visit :- a very basic outside wash and a hoover inside getting most of the dirt off of the carpets but could have done better ..... charged 14 Second visit:- a very basic outside wash even poorer inside hoover than the first ...... charged 16 yet the same car Third visit:- very poor inside and outside job dirty footprint still on the carpet and mud spatter up the driver door when I asked them to revisit I was told if you want a proper job then you must have a full valet I was speechless charged 16Forth visit:- prepared to give one more chance and pay and have a full valet to see if my car was properly cleaned arriving 15mins before they closed was told they cant wash my car as they are closed despite the 3 cars they where already cleaning in front of me I was guided past them to leave the car wash Needless to say I will not be going there again and my search continues
The people here work super hard. I always feel sorry for them. They've done an awesome job with my car in the past but it seems but looking at other reviews it seems I was lucky. Honestly I'm one of the few weirdos that likes cleaning their car. I only used this because I was in a rush for a date and didn't want to put her off with the state of my car. I won't be going again.
