Good honest repair garage. Great people
After recently having had a service here, I really would not recommend visiting this place at all. And that isn't just because of the price I was quoted for repairs on my car (which however did seem very dear). The staff members I spoke to had a very rude and unhelpful demeanour, speaking as if they didn't really care about the service they were providing to me. This was especially evident when I called up to book the initial service and the guy I was talking to didn't even bother to tell me what time to turn up on the day. I had to ask him some questions myself. When I went to pick the car up after being quoted over 1000 for repairs (which I decided against having done for obvious reasons), I walked in to the reception to see four men who all work there sat behind the counter eating lunch. This really didn't bother me, however what did bother me was the fact that I was stood there for at least two minutes, having been seen by three of them, and no one even had the deceny to serve me! One of the guys then served me after minutes of waiting and said I'd have to wait half an hour to collect the car, although I had told someone on the phone that I'd be in at 4pm to collect it and he said that was fine.Absolutely appalling. The customer service was just downright awful. In all honesty I'd just find somewhere else and save yourself the hastle.
Took car in as I knew my wheel bearing was going but thought they're may be something else wrong. The guys gave me a full diagnosis and let me know the simplest way to rectify the issues. They kept me informed throughout and I would not hesitate to use them again.
