Set up account OK and even got a confirmation email saying the account was sorted but the barrier wouldn't open when we left. What a waste of time. Closing the account and won't bother again. Nice one!
Disgusting service went to get on the bus with my disabled son and had money to pay and the driver was rude and said you can't get on as I have no change to give you so was refused entry on the bus.A bus driver should always carry change in my opinion
